Sexual Integrity Is Not Avoiding Your Sexuality
Sexual integrity does not mean pretending you do not have desire.
It does not mean avoiding your body, ignoring your emotions, or hiding the parts of yourself that feel confusing.
And it is not only about stopping a behavior.

Build practical awareness around patterns, triggers, choices, boundaries, and support.
Honest Sisterhood and Accountability
Experience a small women’s group where accountability means support, not judgment.
Women Ascend combines personal reflection, weekly sisterhood, practical accountability, and mentor support.
How the Program Works
You will have a clear weekly rhythm and a small group of women walking with you.
Program Format
Length: 12 weeks
Group calls: Weekly 1.30h women-only group calls
Group size: Usually 3 to 5 women
Facilitation: Led by a trained High Noon facilitator
Mentor support: Two one-on-one mentor calls
Lessons and reflections: Daily individual reflections and lessons to complement the weekly group lessons
Accountability: Simple check-ins and support between calls
Who can join: Women preparing for the Blessing, and women who want to grow in sexual integrity, whether married or single.

Women Ascend is designed to be honest without being exposing.
You will not be forced to overshare
You can go at a pace that is honest and wise.
Your group will be women-centered and confidential.
Your facilitator is there to protect the tone and safety of the space.
Accountability is not surveillance.
It is being known by people who want good for you.
This is a space for truth, dignity, responsibility, grace, and growth.

Women Ascend is a High Noon sexual integrity growth program. It includes education, reflection, group support, accountability, and spiritual growth.
It is not therapy or a replacement for professional care. If someone needs deeper clinical support, we encourage them to seek appropriate help.

We do ask for a deposit that is refunded at the end of the program to help you increase your commitment to following through with completing the program. -

Women Ascend can support women who are working through more serious patterns, but some situations may need additional support beyond the program. If that is the case, we can help you think through the best next step.
