Known dives into the many important facets of healthy sexuality, exploring the influences in our lives that have shaped our viewpoint on sex. We invite you to be known in a safe community where we strive for deeper self-awareness, empowering connections, and a clear vision for the future.

HNU is designed to follow a quarter system where small group courses run for 13 weeks. After a four-week break, another quarter will begin. You will be able to start a new course and continue your journey!

    We offer education on the effects of pornography and provides recovery support to individuals through small groups, courses, and accountability.

  • Sex & Intimacy for Couples

    We offer interactive educational content on sex for married couples through retreats, courses, and webinars.

  • Empowerment for Parents

    We empower parents to have authentic, ongoing conversations with their children about love and sex through their School of Love curriculum and parent support community.
